2. He was in prison before
B.I.G was caught selling crack cocaine and spent nine months in prison in North Carolina in 1991. Previous to this, he spent some time in jail in 1989 and 1990 as well.
1. He used to be confined to a wheelchair
B.I.G ended up in a car accident where he shattered his left leg and this forced him to have to use a wheelchair for a while. After he healed from this, he still had to use a cane until his death. This happened while he was recording his second album, “Life After Death.”
