18. The Fender Tim Armstrong Hellcat
The Fender Tim Armstrong Hellcat is based on the beat-up Fender acoustic owned by Tim Armstrong, the one that was used when writing all his (Rancid) punk band’s music. Armstrong’s new version of the acoustic guitar includes pearl acrylic based “Hellcat” logos on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th frets, along with a skull pair on the 12th fret. Among other features, you will find that the top is made from solid mahogany, scalloped bracing, as well as a Fishman® Tim Armstrong Hellcat based acoustic preamp.
